Congratulations to Michael Clark for being the grand prize winner of the Big Fish Audio 2009 Product of the Year sweepstakes! Michael won all 20 nominated products.
Bootsy loves XLN’s Addictive Drums, so when he stopped by our NAMM booth he wanted to give Funk ADpak a little love.

This promotion is a little self-indulgent. We enjoy collecting this kind of data internally and usually run some sort of pool, betting on the winner. The products were nominated by 15 people, mostly LA based producers. Anyone who votes gets a coupon code for $10 off coupon toward the purchase of any of the nominated products. (Vote on the Big Fish Audio homepage at the bottom of the page. Vote here) If you haven’t purchased any of these products yet listen to the demos to help you choose your favorite. But the best part is that we are entering everyone who uses the coupon into a sweepstakes to win the Grand Price, all 20 products! This is a $3089.00 value! The winner will be notified via the email in February.
Come see us at the 2010 NAMM show in Anaheim California. NAMM runs from January 14th through the 17th and you’ll find us at our booth number 6514 in hall A, right between MOTU and Digi. We are debuting a few amazing instruments this year. The first one is from Vir2 Instruments, Electri6ity. Electri6ity is a guitar VI that allows full amp modeling and processing. We are also showing the new Miroslav Vitous String Ensembles VI. On the Loop side of things we’ll be officially releasing Crank’d: Urban Rock, G-Suite, Score FX 2, Planet Trance and Sounds of Berlin. We’ll also be previewing Detroit Soul, Kings of the South: Dirty Crunk Kits, Elemental Studio Percussion and Soundscapes.
Hope to see you there. And don’t forget to pick up your show BFA discount coupon at the booth.
“don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t make money playing music. six of my pretty good musician friends are millionaires. three of them multi. three of them play music that most folks would surely comment, “you can’t make any money playing that.” don’t tell those guys. five of them are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. one of them is as mean as a snake. there you go.”
