Happy New Year Everybody! this month we are kicking off the new year with some really great orchestral products. Putting together an orchestral section and mixing it well can be very difficult and extremely time consuming, so this month I want to highlight two of my favorite products for arranging quick and easy orchestral and string sections for any genre.
Cinematic Orchestral Themes contains 20 full-length cinematic orchestral tracks, composed, orchestrated and conducted by “Beethoven-Award” winner Kostas Varotsis. Each track is a full stereo mix split up by SECTION rather than INSTRUMENT. The benefit of this is that the whole track comes pre-mixed and ready to be arranged in any order you want. This library is perfect for putting together ultra-fast full orchestral pieces with little to no mixing. No more time spent balancing, EQ-ing and adjusting, just simple arrangement and you are on to the next step. Cinematic Orchestral Themes is formatted in Apple Loops, REX and Acidized WAV. All loops and samples are recorded in the highest quality 24-bit rate and cut for easy arrangement. This product is a must have for producers who need extremely high quality sounds without sacrificing too much time in this fast-paced industry.
Urban String Sessions is a product that fuses Classic and Urban genres in the styles of One Republic, Fort Minor, Rihanna and more. These loops were recorded with just enough players to make a lush sound but not too many to overwhelm your tracks. These strings are inspiring, simple and catchy; everything the Hip-Hop/RnB producer needs to make a track pop. Each loop is also broken out by section giving you greater flexibility over the mix as well as the ability to create more extensive arrangements by bringing in and out different sections throughout your music.
