D-Bass Kontrol Massive Soundset is a set of high-quality and professional Drum & Bass presets for NI Massive, which is a cool new format for us at Big Fish Audio. If you like dance music, than look no further than the progressive house sounds of Gai Barone.
Loopmasters invites you to check out their newest collection of raw house elements in Wally Lopez. And yes, it sounds a thousand times better than the album art leads you to believe. =)
Here’s someone we haven’t heard from in a while. Industrial Strength Records brings you 4 poppin’ new ones. The first is Club Claps. A massive library of tons of different one shot claps. Heat Synths is truly a ear catching library full of original synth leads. Dust is a hip hop library that has a little vinyl flavor. Modern Sessions 2 Vol. 2 is a collection of modern hip hop, R&B, pop, and urban construction kits.

June’s top loop library featured the inspiring and unique collection of moody loops from Ambient Skyline. Recorded and performed by seasoned professionals, these cinematic chill out loops and rhythm beds wasted no time in claiming the top spot. The second spot was also claimed by a newcomer to the top ten… Detroit Soul. This tribute to the great Soul and R&B artists of the ’60s and ’70s represents the Motor City sound that changed the face of music. Check out the live drums and funky horn section in this demo! Also breaking into the top ten was Nova Loop’s Baby Making R&B and Dance Rock Anthems.
Not a lot of movement on the Instruments side of things as Electri6ity held on tight to the No. 1 spot. These new tutorial videos show why it continues to grow in popularity and dominate the instrument’s best sellers. Electri6ity was followed closely by the the crisp sounds of MOJO while Cinesample’s Drums of War made the list as well.

In this post I am going to give you my picks of the month and focus on two outstanding guitar loop libraries we’ve recently released. First on my list is Off the Hook Guitars. Off the Hook Guitars continues in a long line of worldwide hits in the “Off the Hook” series. There is something special that can happen to a Hip Hop or R&B track when you add the element of a live played guitar. Whether your looking for licks or leads, rhythm parts, or wah wah guitars you’ll find it all in this jam packed library. These expertly played and recorded guitars are definitely Off the Hook!
My second library recommendation for the month is Studio Guitars: The Michael Ripoll Project. Michael Ripoll is an A level guitarist working in the studio and on tour with some of the biggest names in the industry. Working with Michael on this project was a lot of fun. His range of talent and mastery of so many different styles is astounding. This is truly evident in this library as it contains over 1,000 loops ranging from rock to country, jazz, to funk. This is a must have library that will be an asset in many many music productions for years to come. (Currently Michael is working on a couple new projects for Big Fish Audio, so keep your eye out for their release later this year).

Just a quick note to let everyone know we’ve just added 20 high quality download packs to our catalog. We also added an incredible Indian percussion download called “Indian Sessions Vol 1“, by KV Krishnan. Out of all the downloads, my personal favorite is “Tidy Trax“. Out of all the hard trance products out there, I believe “Tidy Trax” really nails the stylistic subtleties that are missed by less-authentic products. The basses and synths are well rounded and very warm, great melodies in all the instrumentals, and all the effects and “goodies” are unbelievable!
